This is Marie T. Russell, co-publisher of InnerSelf.com, wishing you a day of receiving the gifts that the night brings you (today and every day).

Comment from Marie:
If you're having trouble sleeping, your body and your mind and possibly your Self want you to be doing something else. Perhaps you need to do some relaxing stretches to get your body to slow down its hyper speed. Perhaps you need to meditate or do some visualizations. Remembering things you are grateful for is also a good way to reset your mind and bring it to a more relaxed place. When your body is ready, it will fall asleep.
