Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self
Transformation applies to so many things. We can transform our health, our behavior (and our pet's behavior), our attitude, our spiritual life, our environment, our neighborhood, our country, our world. Transformation is another word for change. But it implies a whole reversal or new "face"... It's not just a minor change... it could even be a reversal of everything we see and experience.
The ancient alchemists spoke of transforming lead into gold. This was another way of speaking of transforming human behavior from the heaviness of greed and corruption, to the golden energy of Love and Collaboration. To create this alchemical magic requires embracing the motto of The Three Musketeers: All for One, and One for All.
Our world is in the middle of a huge transformation... from the old patriarchal system of control and ownership (of women, slaves, etc.), to a more fluid feminine system that encompasses flexibility, community, love, compassion, empathy, intuition, etc. This transformation is not without its growing pains, as we are in the midst of experiencing.
Yet transform we must if we want to survive. We no longer can continue the ways of greed, corruption, devastation, domination, separation, etc. etc. We must transform ourselves and our world to be based on Love, on Cooperation, on working for the greater good of all, not just the few. All for One, and One for All.
