This is Marie T. Russell, co-publisher of InnerSelf.com, wishing you a day of consciously choosing your attitude (today and every day).

Comment from Marie:
Our attitude is something that cannot be forced upon us. No one can "make us" change our attitude... good or bad. You can not "make me" angry... you do what you do and I choose to be angry (or not).

Our attitude is completely ours. It can be influenced by others, but, bottom line, we are the ones who decide what our attitude is... resentful or accepting, angry or loving, this or that... That's so empowering! Because, our attitude sets the tone for our life, which means that we set the tone for those things... no one else. What attitude will you be choosing today, this minute and the next and the next? It's always up to us! What a great freedom! That's truly the freedom of choice, our own internal choice. To love or not to love... that is the question  :-)

But for sure the one thing it will not take is ‘good luck.’
