Life is to be lived, experienced, enjoyed. Fun, happiness, and new experiences should be consistent throughout your life, and it is up to you to make sure they are!
We are all constantly growing, both mentally and emotionally, and as we grow so our lives move forward. If we stunt our growth, then in turn our lives will become stunted.
When Balanced
* You see life as an adventure with new opportunities.
* You take charge and work toward making yourself happy.
* You decide whom to allow in your life, how much you are involved with them, and how much of your time they will share.
* You decide what or who will affect you and your actions.
When Out of Balance
* It is all work and no play.
* You resort to analyzing situations too much.
* You find it hard to let go and enjoy yourself.
* There is a constant “wanting” or waiting for something.
* Your life is at a standstill.
* You could harbor a strong fear of dying or a fear of living.
* You limit yourself or see life as limited.
Affirmations
I am unique and happy.
I am growing and transforming my life.
I am creating a new future.
I am allowing fun into everyday.
This is the first day of the rest of my life.
Today I will change my life.
Change One Thing
1. Relax, take a few long breaths, and close your eyes.
2. Visualize yourself holding a clear crystal sphere in which you can see an aspect of your life (work, friends, home, money, chores, children).
3. In the aspect of your life that you have chosen to focus on, ask yourself how could you take one step forward.
4. When you feel you have an answer, open your eyes.
5. Write it down.
The Real You
It is calming, strengthening, and inspiring when we let ourselves be who we really are. Some people believe that life is a journey that is designed to allow us to discover our true selves. Whatever you believe, when you are happy and feel good about yourself, it follows that you can create a fulfilled and happy life.
When Balanced
* Your clothes, appearance, and home will suit who you are.
* You allow yourself to be creative in the way you dress.
* You will know and accept what makes you happy and strive to incorporate this into your lifestyle .
* You know how to pace yourself with work and projects and you know your limitations.
When Out of Balance
* When out of touch with yourself you will feel lost.
* You will set your sights too low when aiming for goals.
* You find yourself living by someone else’s set of rules.
* You give yourself little attention.
Affirmations
I enjoy discovering me.
I will look and dress like who I am.
I am going forward.
I love my creative side.
I am creative with myself.
I strive to make myself happy.
To Attract a Better Future
Imagine all the restrictions have gone from your life: for instance, shortage of money, responsibilities, and commitments to anything or anyone. With this in view, follow this meditation and as far as you can, visualize it in detail.
1. Relax, take a few deep breaths, and close your eyes.
2. Take your focus to your third eye.
3. Visualize a spinning circular disk, growing larger.
4. Walk through the center.
5. You are redecorating your bedroom.
6. You are getting new furniture.
7. How will it look?
8. Your wardrobe is empty.
9. With what clothes will you fill it?
10. You blend with the spinning white light of your third eye.
11. When you are ready, open your eyes.
And now ...
1. Relax, take a few deep breaths, and close your eyes.
2. Take your focus to your third eye.
3. Visualize a spinning circular disc, growing larger.
4. Walk through the center.
5. You are given the chance of embarking on an interesting journey.
6. To which country would it be?
7. What would you like to see and experience?
8. Visualize that you are making that journey.
9. When you have finished, return.
10. Blend with the spinning white light of your third eye.
11. When you are ready, open your eyes.
And again . . .
1. Relax, take a few deep breaths, and close your eyes.
2. Take your focus to your third eye.
3. Visualize a spinning circular disc, growing larger.
4. Walk through the center.
5. You are invited to a social occasion.
6. There you meet someone you have admired from afar.
7. You have the chance to talk to this person.
8. What would you want to talk to them about?
9. Why does this person interest or inspire you?
10. You are asked what you feel is your goal or mission in life.
11. What would you reply?
12. You blend with the spinning white light of your third eye.
13. When you are ready, open your eyes.
