Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self
Whatever is going on in life - in your life, the lives of the people around you, or in the world in general - things cannot remain the same. And I don't mean that just as wishful thinking, or hoping that things will change. Things staying the same is an impossibility, since change is constant. Try leaving a banana out for a month... it will change. And as for humans, we shed skin cells daily, we gain and lose weight, we meet new people, have new experiences, we change opinions and beliefs (or perhaps become more deeply entrenched in the beliefs and opinions we have). All of that is change.
So if things must change, then we can choose to take charge of which direction the change will take... using the power of our thoughts, our actions, our emotions, our vision. No one can do it for you. You must take charge of your life and make the choices - some of them hard - that need to be taken to move forward on your path to fulfill your purpose and your dreams, to heal yourself from the hurts of the past and believe in yourself enough to create a better future.
