COMMENT BY MARIE: Listening is such a big part of communication. Listening to others, to our body, to our inner guidance, to the events of the world taking place around us. Listening is full of wisdom and teachings. And listening requires our being silent and receptive.

I pause in silence and give you space to reveal your teachings.

I give thanks for the opportunity to begin this listening relationship.
I observe and am a witness, not a judge.
I enter meditative listening.
